GORILLA KILLER HELP

hello i have big problem

i order gorilla killer from brah. all good until i make mistake. instruction say take 1 scoop per day but instead i take 10 scoop thinking it would work better

now everyday muscle wont stop growing. clothe dont fit me anymore, even tongue muscle growing, how can i stop this??
